Muhallebi is a milk pudding in Turkish cuisine. Sutlac and Keskul / keşkül "Turkish rice pudding (sütlaç)" were some of the dairy desserts being served. In Turkey, back in the old days, there were only
shops (muhallebici) serving pudding, which weren’t very big in number. Because these pudding shops were not very common, they were considered as special places for special events. Eker is a very popular brand in Turkey and we are now glad to bring them to our shelves. Afiyet olsun! :)
