The website www.Turkishporter.com (the “website”) is owned and operated by Turkishop Ltd, trading as ‘Turkishporter.com (“Turkishporter.com”, “ “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website and each time you place an order with us, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion, and the latest version will appear on our website with the date that it was last updated. By using the service after any changes have been posted, you agree to the new terms.

General Terms & Conditions

Use of our website

To register with www.Turkishporter.com and/or purchase goods from our website, you must be over 18 years old. You must ensure that the details provided by you in registration form or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your personal details. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order. Any passwords provided should be always safeguarded. You are responsible for the security of your and passwords and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorised use under such or passwords. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without notice. To understand how we use information collected from you, please read our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer's account at any time and at our sole discretion and/or terminate customer’s access to all or part of the services with or without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the website or services, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice.

Placing an Order & Availability

 Products may be ordered by selecting on the website item(s) you wish to purchase and proceeding to checkout and then payment process. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, in its discretion, decline to accept any order. Where we accept an order, it will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the order reference.

The order acknowledgement email and order number are our confirmation of your order with us.  Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or it has been cancelled by either party.

You must be at least 18 years of age to complete an order with us if you are ordering alcohol. If you cannot be at home to claim your delivery it is your responsibility to make sure the person receiving the delivery is of legal age.

 Our acknowledgement of order acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the estimate times given on the site during the order process, we will let you know as quickly as possible.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability or its equivalent substitute. Some of the brands may not be available as there is high demand due to Covid-19 and from time to time and where possible we may replace them with other brands, we will use best efforts to notify you of such replacement prior to despatch.

Prior to despatch of your order, it may still be possible to add/remove some items, to check whether such changes are possible please call us directly quoting your order ref and describe changes to be made. If you subsequently amend your order to add items, the prices charged for new products which were not in your original order will be the prices quoted at the time you confirm your amended order. However, if you add more of the same items which were in your original order, then the prices charged for these items will be the prices quoted at the time you confirmed your original order. Please note changes to the order may trigger changes to delivery charges and timings.

Where a substitute item is offered in place of an item ordered, the price charged for that substitute item (if accepted) will be the price applicable at the time the item is substituted.

Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period subsequent amendment to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the order. Pricing, Description & Product Information

The prices payable for the products that you order are set out on the website at the time you place your order, except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the item in question as cancelled and process the remainder of the order. The prices quoted on our website apply only to products sold via our website. 

All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable. Although we will take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, images, details, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system, the information appearing on this website at any time may not reflect the exact packaging in the moment of you placing an order. All measurements and sizes are approximate or as described on packaging.

The allergen information may be available on the product packaging. If you are unable to find it on our website, you may email us directly, see Contact section for details and where possible we will send the additional picture(s) of the packaging or advise contact information of the manufacturer.

Account Registration

Our website is available to non-registered users as well as registered ones who are 18 years and older and who have not been suspended or removed by us for any reason. We reserve the right to revoke your registration acceptance for any reason at any time including as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, without notice. Where we suspend or remove your account, this will not affect current orders which we have acknowledged unless we revoke because of your breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy or any other guidelines or rules, in which case we may terminate all existing orders and will not be obliged to make any refund.

Online Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes are accepted as a part of a selected method of payment. To use your online at turkisporter.com simply enter the discount code during purchase process to apply the discount to the total value of your purchase. A discount code is intended for your personal use and, as such, you are not entitled to sell, distribute or otherwise make any commercial use of your discount code.

Turkishporter.com cannot be held liable for not discounting the order if a valid code has not been entered. If placing an order by telephone you must quote the promotion code before placing your order. Promotions and promotion codes are subject to the terms and conditions specified by Turkishporter.com at the point of purchase. Only one code can be used per order.

Please note: Discount codes may not apply to any existing offers or promotions.

Order Cancellation, Return or Replacement

You may cancel your order prior to despatch and receive a refund. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products.

Upon acceptance of delivery of your order you must inspect the goods and if any products do not meet the promised standards, notify us immediately in writing via email or by phoning directly. (See Contact section for details). We will promptly and fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement goods, providing you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

In case of our inability to fulfil your order, we shall notify you and provide you with full refund within 30 days.

We are unable to accept returns of any perishable goods for any reasons other than not meeting advertised standards or being sent in error. We will accept return of non-perishable goods, which are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and which are returned to us in intact condition, shipment charges for such returns are at customer’s expense.

Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Turkishporter.com

All returned items must be sent to:  Turkishporter 102 Vale Rd. or please contact us for the returns delivery address.

All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made or PayPal account as applicable, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that we are unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund. We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.

If a carrier return the parcel back to us for reasons such as unsuccesful delivery after multiple attempts, customer refusal without our consent or any other reason between receiver and the carrier arrangements, we are not liable for any cost caused by these reasons. 

Payment

We take payment at the time we receive your order. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable by our website or via PayPal account. We don’t store any payment card information and the card associated with a given order cannot be changed once you have checked out.

Delivery

When an item has been despatched via selected courier service, risk of damage to, or loss of, the item passes to you. For specific delivery options, including international order delivery, please read our Delivery Information section.

Whilst we take every care to ensure that deliveries are protected to prevent damage in transit, we cannot guarantee that parcels being sent to areas outside of the European Union and mainland UK will arrive in perfect condition. Please note that our shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore, non-UK customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes on the arrival at destination.

Please note that working days for us are Monday - Friday and do not include English bank holidays.

Website Changes & Updates

In order to keep our website as accurate and as up to date as reasonably possible, it may be necessary, from time to time, to restrict access to the site in order to undertake necessary maintenance work. Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our privacy policy.  We recommend that you read our Privacy Policy before you accept these terms and conditions.

Limitations

This website and any software are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Turkishporter.com harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the Turkishporter.com website, or from your use/misuse of the website, or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the terms and conditions.
