Pazi is one of the greens highly consumed in Turkey similar to spinach. It is known as silver beet, perpetual spinach, beet spinach, seakale beef or leaf beet. They are known as Chard leaves in UK. Very popular and widely consumed around Black sea region in Turkey. Used in sautéed dishes, pastries as well as stuffed leaves just like wine leaves. Nutritional properties are so smilar to Spinach and also taste quite similar. Great taste cooking alone without any meat however for any one who prefers to have meed can add good semi-fat minced lamb/beef. 

Pazi is always accompanying yogurt next to it no matter what form it is cooked. You can always top your Pazi dish with a bit of yogurt, dried mint and some red pepper flakes to richen the flavour of your very nutritious food.
