You can now buy 100% handmade borek from our store. It is pretty weird we know that it's name called water borek. The reason to that is basically the filo dough is boiled in the water. Hence it is called "Water Borek" This borek is one of the most precious one within the pastry family in Turkish Bakery & Cuisine. 

Its best acompany is Turkish tea or ayran (I-run).

Flour 45%, cheese 13%, water, pasteurized egg, sunflower oil, salt, calcium, propionate (E282), potassium sorbate (E202).
