Turkish Dolmalik Biber - Green Peppers

Stuffed and wrapped vegetable dishes also called "Dolma" and "Sarma" are well known in Turkish cuisines. Rice, Pine nuts and currants stuffed into small green peppers called "Biber Dolmasi" is one of the best known dish. Easily remove the stems with your thumb and stuff your mix into it.

If you preffer a bit of bitterness of green peppers, you will absolutely love this dish. You can add sugar to reduce the bitterness.
