In Turkey, Trileçe is a dessert whose name has been heard by almost all Balkan immigrants and whose taste is well known to those over a certain age. The dessert, which is called Trileqe (pronounced Trileçe) in Albanian, entered Turkish with the name Trileçe.
While the dessert was originally produced with the milk of Cow, Goat and Buffalo (according to some rumors, Sheep, Goat and Buffalo), it started to be made using only processed milk and cream after the 1930s due to the increase in industrialization and urbanization. Thus, this flavor unique to the Balkans has started to be more popular in the entire Northern Mediterranean.

Cake; It is sponge-like sponge cake. There are tiny bubbles in the cake. Trileçe cannot be obtained when an ordinary cake is milked. The peculiarity of Trileçe is that the milk mixture is trapped in tiny bubbles in the cake. The appearance of the cake is spongy and yellowish.
