Maras Coregi - Savoury Cookie

Maraş cookies, one of the traditional delicacies that have been produced since the Ottoman period and prepared for the feast, are now consumed all year round after being registered.

The dough prepared by the masters is cooked in wood ovens after waiting for a while. Cookies, which are preferred by the citizens especially during Ramadan and Sacrifice Feasts, started to be consumed intensively outside of the holidays. Maraş buns are produced in different flavors such as sweet, salty, butter, olive oil, soft and chips and offered to customers.
