INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED TO THE RECIPE:
For dough; 3 eggs
100 ml milk (one tea glass)
For syrup: 550 g.(3.5 water glasses) sugar
1000 ml.(5 water glass) water
½ lemon
Add measured water and sugar into the pot for the syrup and let it boil by occasionally mixing. After it starts to boil add lemon juice and boil it for another 5 minutes. Take it out of the heat and let it cool.
Pour KENTON Sweet Semolina mixture onto whipping bowl. Add egg and milk and whip it with a mixer for 5 minutes 30 seconds of which should be at low speed. Pour it onto oiled tray and bake it in a preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until it becomes roasted.
After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes and cut it into quarters. Add cool syrup slowly onto it by starting from corners of the tray and towards the middle. After it is cold, slice it and serve it with grated coconut, chopped pistachio, walnut or cream as you wish.
