The vineyards located at Kalecik (Ankara), benefit from the microclimate of Kızılırmak, which is milder than the continental climate of Middle Anatolia. The best vinification method is applied to Kalecik Karası to reveal the elegant and distinctive character of the grape. This elegant wine with soft tannins, develops well in the bottle when it is aged. Prestige Kalecik Karası 2016 is best when served at 16- 17°C and perfectly matches with grilled lamb, lamb tandoori, steak tartare and porcini risotto.
