Angora Red is a delicious, round and well balanced wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante, Merlot and Carignan grapes grown in Aegean region. Revealing Aegean soil’s energy, it matches well with deli meat, lightly sauced red meat dishes, Bolognese sauced pasta, hamburger and barbecue. It is best served at 16 - 18°C.

It is best consumed within 2-3 years after bottling. It is a good match with any kind of red or white meat, and all kind of cheese other than cheese with herb or fresh white cheese.
