What is İçli köfte?

In Syria and Lebanon this delicious food called "Kibbeh" "kıbbeh" or Kubba. It is a signaturer dish of the Levantine Cuisine which is also very popular in South America...

They look like Spanish croquettes and simply made with boulghour / bulgur shell and stuffed with ground meat with spices. It is also popularr adding nuts like Walnut, Pine nut inside the mix.
