How to prepare?
Put your cold water in to the pot and boil the water first. Add salt while boiling and mix it. While boiling, add the meatballs. Until the meatballs go to top continue boiling. It may take 4-5mins. While they are on top keep it 1min and then ready to serve.
To make a little sauce for the top, use butter and either tomato or pepper paste up to your choice, fry it a bit and add parsley, any other dried herbs/spices for your taste bud.

What is İçli köfte?
In Syria and Lebanon this delicious food called "Kibbeh" "kıbbeh" or Kubba. It is a signaturer dish of the Levantine Cuisine which is also very popular in South America...
They look like Spanish croquettes and simply made with boulghour / bulgur shell and stuffed with ground meat with spices. It is also popularr adding nuts like Walnut, Pine nut inside the mix.
They come in different sizes, shapes and can be fried, boiled or baked, served with a variety of sauces.
Ingredients
Bulghour, minced lamb, onion, black pepper, salt, pepper flakes, semolina, egg, tomato and pepper paste.
! Important Note:This product is sent defrosted and you cannot freeze again. You have to consume within 24hrs after delivery.
