What is Tarhana?

A triaditional soup made with vegetables, herbs, spices, flaour, yogurt and mixing all of  simply using a blender and drying under sun.

It is called Tarkhana, tractum, trakton, tragos/traganos, թարխանա (Armenian) τραχανάς (Greek) tarkhineh (Persian), тархана, tarana (Bulgarian), tarana (Serbian)....

Store in cool dry place

How to cook?
Super easy, either with your made meat/chicken stock or our lovely selection of stocks by knorr or bizim, put water for desired amount of portions to serve, stir ocasionnaly and leave it for 2 hrs slow cooking. Once finished you can add any herbs/spices
